Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account or use the guest order tracker to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all branded boxes and protective covers are included to avoid depreciation of the item's value.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at the designated courier location within 7 days of your authorization.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once received at our logistics center, our team will inspect the items for authenticity and condition before issuing a refund to your original payment method.
